Bethel Church Virtual Small Group, ministry team, and Text Chat Agreement.
As the parent or legal guardian of the student indicated on this digital form, I grant permission for Bethel Church to engage my student in the use of video and audio conferencing with their Bethel Church small group and ministry leaders. These small groups are comprised of the students that would normally be included in their live discussions on at Bethel students. These groups will be supervised and managed by their small group leaders and the pastor Jim Strecker-ministry leader.
